Dear Harjeet,
Kalpana Chawla Government Polytechnic for Women has started the academic session for all diploma courses from September 1 onwards. The last date to start the session was also September 1, 2023. However, the HSTES authorities have released a notification for vacant seats where the final cut off for admission will be released on October 16. The admission portal through the HSTES portal is now open. Hence, you can submit your application to the HSTES portal on or before October 16.
